Save the file to a computer by right clicking on the link and selecting "Save the File As" or "Save Target As" and save to your computer. Once saved, you can open the file using Adobe Acrobat Reader and select print from the print menu.
PRINTING OPTION #2 (Recommended)
If your Adobe Acrobat Reader is set to open OUTSIDE of the web browser, click on the link to the PDF file and the PDF file will open in a new window using Adobe Acrobat Reader. Use the print menu to print the file.
To determine if your Adobe Acrobat Reader is set to open INSIDE or OUTSIDE of your web browser, open Adobe Acrobat Reader and under the Edit Menu select Preferences. Click on the "Internet" tab and look for the "Display PDF in Browser" checkbox.
PRINTING OPTION #3
If your Adobe Acrobat Reader is set to open INSIDE of the web browser, click on the link to the PDF file and the PDF file will open in your web browser. A variety of PDF function buttons will be located below your browser address bar. To print the PDF file, select the Print button.
Please note that you will NOT be able to use the web browser print menu (File|Print) to print the PDF file. You MUST use the PDF print buttons.
