Supplier Prequalification

CH2M HILL has an Individual Assistance Technical Assistance Contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide temporary housing services to private parties for any national disaster, such as hurricanes, floods, wildfires, tornadoes, etc.

Projects likely to be performed include temporary housing site assessments; haul and install of temporary housing units; design and construction of temporary housing group sites; maintenance of temporary housing; shelter management operations and maintenance; and preliminary damage assessments. Whenever feasible and practicable, preference in awards will be given by CH2M HILL to those organizations, firms, or individuals residing or doing business primarily in the area requiring emergency response.

There are two methods of becoming prequalified, described below. Please submit your prequalification information based on the type of services or supplies you offer (subcontractor or vendor). If you provide both services, please complete only the Subcontractor Prequalification only.

Subcontractor Prequalification

Pre-qualify to furnish construction and/or installation services online using our Contractor Qualification System portal.

If you cannot access the portal, complete the Contractor Qualification System Form and email it to disaster.proc@ch2m.com.

Vendor Prequalification

If you are a vendor that provides materials, commodities, or supplies, or provides professional, technical or clerical services, complete the Vendor Log. After populating the Vendor Log, you must save the file to your local computer and then email the spreadsheet as an attachment in your email message to the following address: disaster.proc@ch2m.com. Please also attach either a list of the materials you provide (vendors) or a statement of qualifications (service providers). If you have prior disaster relief experience, please briefly describe such work.

Next Steps

Should CH2M HILL find a match between required services or supplies and the capabilities you offer, we will issue a Request for Quotation or Request for Proposal. Documents that you can expect to receive with a request include the following, in addition to other contract documents to be provided at that time.
