Notice of Intent

Following the decision to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for a proposed action, a Notice of Intent (NOI) must be published in the Federal Register. The NOI must provide a description of the proposed action, the alternatives under consideration, and scoping process. The NOI must also provide contact information for individuals who have questions about or interest in the proposed action.

I-74 Iowa-Illinois Corridor Study NOI Summary

The Federal Highway Administration issued a notice to advise the public that an environmental impact statement will be prepared for a proposed highway improvement in Rock Island County, Illinois, and Scott County, Iowa.
