Over 140 volunteers have been serving on a Community Basin
Panel (CBP) or one of 10 Basin Advisory Panels (BAP). There
is a Basin Advisory Panel for each of the areas directly impacted
by the study. These panels have been meeting regularly since
September of 2006. The BAP meetings are open to the public.
These panels were established to:
• Provide stakeholder input to the City and its engineering
consultants
• Distribute information to individuals and organizations
city wide and within the individual basins
• Solicit input from the public and constituents in
their basin areas for the decision making
