CH2M HILL operates the San Diego County Water Authority's (SDCWA) new Twin Oaks Valley Water Treatment Plant project. Twin Oaks Valley Water Treatment Plant provides a 100 mgd capacity drinking water plant to support the San Diego region.

CH2M HILL is committed to advancing opportunities on this project for small contractors, including minority-, women-, disadvantaged-, and veteran-owned firms.
