Overall, what work well this year?

  • Having meetings every other month
  • Utilizing the web site
  • The turnout to meetings

What could we do better?

  • Need more industry people (Pat, Jerry will call)
  • Need more commissioner involvement at meetings
  • Need 1-page description of work groups and members for website
  • Need work group updates (assign as part of agenda?)
  • Make sure we monitor items listed in the work plan
  • Utilize video conferencing (if possible)

  • Having Geoff Grubbs here (get EPA Headquarters back here next year)
  • Having environment perspective here (Chuck, Melinda)/Good to have scholarships
  • Great Turnout!
  • Agenda/Stakeholder perspectives

What would you change?

  • Give more time to Geoff Grubbs
  • Next time, ask stakeholders: "What is your vision?"
  • Need more business people here (CACI?)
  • Need more west slope people here - move retreat to Glenwood?
  • Add "Commissioner's perspective" to Stakeholder group presentations
