The Reuse Work Group has convened intermittently over the past 10 years to support dialogue regarding modifications and additions to the Reclaimed Water Control Regulation, Regulation No. 84. When changes to this regulation are actively being proposed and discussed, the Work Group meets, but it remains inactive when no changes to the regulation are being proposed. As of July 2009, the Water Quality Control Division is considering proposing some modifications to Reg. 84 as part of the 2010 Triennial Review process. It is anticipated that the Work Group would reconvene as necessary to support that process if it proceeds.
