TMDL/303(d)

The 303(d) Listing Methodology Workgroup held its final meeting for the 2010 303(d) Listing Methodology on April 8th, 2009. The group met seven times in this cycle between July 2008 and April 2009. In May 2009 the Commission approved the 2010 Listing Methodology in an Administrative Action Hearing. This document will be used to make attainment decisions and develop the 2010 303(d) and Monitoring and Evaluation Lists. The Commission will adopt the 303(d) List in a rulemaking hearing in February 2010. The Listing Methodology Workgroup will reconvene in the spring of 2010. Interested parties are encouraged to think of additional improvements to the current Listing Methodology that can be changed in the 2012 Listing Methodology.
