Project Deliverables The Planning of Outfall systems for Willow Creek, Little Dry Creek, and Greenwood Gulch Watersheds is delineated into two distinct phases, Alternatives Evaluation and Preliminary Design. Outfall Systems Planning - Alternatives Evaluation Alternatives Evaluation phase of the project serves to quantify the hydrology associated with existing development and future development conditions. In addition, alternative outfall systems will be developed and evaluated to assure the most appropriate outfall system has been selected. Deliverables resulting from this phase includes the Baseline Hydrology Report and Alternatives Evaluation Report. Outfall Systems Planning – Preliminary Design The Preliminary Design phase progresses the selected outfall system resulting from the Alternatives Evaluation to preliminary design. An Outfall System Preliminary Design Report will be developed during this phase. Progress Report The hydrology to characterize the existing and future development conditions for the Willow Creek, Little Dry Creek, and Greenwood Gulch Watersheds are currently being calculated.
