A Public Meeting for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement was held Tuesday, December 11, 2007. Comments recieved for the DEIS and their subsequent responses can be reviewed in the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) through May 11, 2009.
No further public meetings for the EIS portion of this project are planned. Additional public meetings may be scheduled once preliminary design has begun.
