Special Review Use Permit
On March 24, 2009, the Fremont Board of County Commissioners unanimously
approved a Special Review Use Permit for the Southern Delivery System.
The permit outlines Fremont County’s requirements as it relates
to construction, technical issues and mitigation of impacts for
SDS.
