Environmental Assessment and Draft Section 4(f) Evaluation

The formal review and comment period for the Environmental Assessment and Draft Section 4(f) Evaluation ended on August 26, 2009. The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is now considering all comments received and is preparing to make a decision about the project. Written responses to comments received during the comment period will be provided in FHWA's decision document (anticipated Fall 2009).

Even though the formal comment period has ended, the public is still encouraged to provide input or ask any questions about the project.
